By accessing or using Provvio (“the Service”), available at provvio.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including agency owners, account managers, and freelancers. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Provvio is a SaaS platform designed to help Google Ads agencies retain clients by providing live campaign performance dashboards, client reporting tools, and account management features. The Service integrates with Google Ads via the Google Ads API and with Stripe for subscription billing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To use Provvio, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

Provvio offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) via Stripe.

Provvio uses the Google Ads API to retrieve campaign performance data on your behalf. By connecting your Google Ads account, you:
Provvio accesses Google Ads data solely to display performance metrics within the platform. We do not use this data for advertising, model training, or any purpose unrelated to the Service.
All content, design, code, and materials comprising Provvio — including the Provvio name, logo, and platform — are the intellectual property of Provvio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (including your client data and Google Ads data). By using the Service, you grant Provvio a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provvio and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Provvio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@provvio.co or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
