Welcome to Provvio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Provvio is a client retention platform for Google Ads agencies, accessible at provvio.co. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, agency name, and role when you sign up
• Profile data: number of clients managed, monthly ad spend range, and referral source (collected during onboarding)
• Billing information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full payment card details
• Google account data: when you connect via Google OAuth, we receive your Google account identifier and access to Google Ads API on your behalf

We also collect certain information automatically when you use our service:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Usage data: features accessed and actions taken within the platform
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 9)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Provvio platform
• Process transactions and send related billing communications
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmation and welcome messages
• Respond to your support requests and enquiries
• Improve and personalise our service
• Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Google Ads Data

Provvio integrates with the Google Ads API to help agencies display live campaign performance data to their authorised clients. When you connect your Google Ads account:

• We access your Google Ads account data solely to display performance metrics within the Provvio platform to you and your authorised agency users
• We do not use Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing the Provvio service
• We do not share Google Ads data with any third party except as strictly necessary to operate the platform (e.g. storing it in our database to serve your dashboard)
• We do not use Google Ads data to target advertising
• You can revoke Google Ads access at any time from your Google account settings or within the Provvio integrations panel

Our use of Google Ads data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel who need it to provide and support the service. No security system is impenetrable, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Provvio:

• Google OAuth / Google Ads API — for account sign-in and accessing your Google Ads data with your authorisation
• Stripe — for processing subscription payments securely. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed by Stripe
• Supabase — for secure database storage and user authentication
• Resend — for sending transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, welcome emails)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. billing records).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use Provvio. We use only functional cookies necessary to operate the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last revised. Your continued use of Provvio after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
